Subordination Requirements:

1. Borrower’s authorization to release information
2. First (and second if applicable) lienholder pay off statement
3. Preliminary HUD-1 or Closing Disclosure with the payoff of the existing lien/lender with all charges/fees disclose. This must be a “refinance no cash out to the borrower” transaction. No other debts can be included in the new loan for payoff.
4. Overnight FedEx or UPS label for shipping
